          mike felt silly. eyes cast down to his feet, cheeks burning slightly at the declaration. he tried to shove back the embarrassment that threatened to wash over him. it wasn’t will’s words that had embarrassed him, but more so mike’s own THOUGHTS. he knew that will loved him. will knew that mike loved him back. and they BOTH knew that they would always be there for each other. mike had been embarrassed because for one FOOLISH moment he’d tried to push will away, when in actuality, that was the LAST thing that he wanted.

          mike knew that he should TALK to someone about his problems as opposed to pushing them away. ESPECIALLY WILL. will deserved better than to be met with some shitty attitude. so, mike sucked it up. he let out a sigh, lifted his gaze to meet will’s, and wordlessly reached forward to grab will and pull him into a tight embrace. he would find his voice later, but at that moment, all mike wanted was for the two to hold each other in silence.
